1.The short version
This policy covers the optional Ambih Pro subscription and the one-time perpetual licence. The free Desktop App requires no payment, so nothing here applies to it. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights always win; see your statutory rights below.
2.Who processes your payment
Payments for Ambih Pro are handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. They take the payment, issue your receipt and tax invoice, and appear on your card or bank statement. When we approve a refund, it is processed through that same provider back to your original payment method.
You can always ask us for a refund directly using the contacts below; you do not need to chase the payment provider yourself. We handle that step for you.
3.Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a Pro subscription whenever you like from Account → Billing, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it is not the same as a refund. When you cancel:
- your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- you are not charged again;
- at the end of that period your Account drops back to the free tier, and your data stays put.
Changed your mind? You can resume a cancelled subscription from Account → Billing before the period ends.
4.What qualifies for a refund
Here is exactly when a refund applies and when it does not:

The 10-day window applies once per Account. The free tier lets you evaluate Ambih Monitor before paying, so renewals are not refundable for unused time. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
5.How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your Account.
- Include your order or receipt number if you have it (it is on your payment confirmation email).
- Tell us briefly what happened. A reason helps us improve, but it is not required for an eligible refund.
We reply to every refund request, usually within 2 business days. There is no in-app form to fill in and no account to delete first.
6.How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; we cannot send a refund anywhere else. We issue the refund within a few business days of approving it. How long it then takes to land depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 business days after we issue it.
When a refund is issued, the related Pro access ends, since the purchase that paid for it has been reversed.
7.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital purchases, those rights apply on top of the 10-day guarantee above, and the more generous of the two is the one you get.
8.Before you open a chargeback
If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and a quick email saves everyone the paperwork. A chargeback opened without contacting us may lead to your Account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
